Well, not here on my machine, but it’s being downloaded as we speak. Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2 (formerly known as “Orcas”) was released a few minutes ago and am I thrilled only thinking about it and its new features. VS 2008 is probably the most advanced release yet.
Right after I posted this, I noticed that ScottGu also had the news.
